Unfortunately we can't email you your password and we can't reset it for you either. But don't worry - all you need to do is press ‘FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?' at the login page and then key in your email address. Your password will be reset and emailed to you shortly after that :)
Found something you like? That’s great! Click on the piece you like, select your size (if applicable), insert the quantity and click ‘ADD TO CART’. Your shopping cart (top right) will show that you have something in it. Hover your mouse cursor over it to see what you have. To edit the items in your cart, click on ‘VIEW CART’. Otherwise, if you're happy with what you've selected hit the 'CHECKOUT' or ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button. Do make sure everything is correct before hitting 'PLACE ORDER NOW.'
We accept credit card and online banking via MOLPay (a secure online payment gateway and leading payment gateway in Southeast Asia). For purchases outside of Malaysia and Singapore, do select the Paypal option in MOLPay to make payments.
Your parcel will be mailed out from our office within 3 working days. Express shipping service is pretty efficient - destinations within Peninsular Malaysia usually take 1-2 working days to arrive after we have mailed your parcel. For shoppers over at East Malaysia, it will take up to 4 working days. If you're in the countryside, it could take up to 3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and up to 5 working days for East Malaysia :)
No worries, mistakes happen and we do understand. First of all, do double confirm with us your address. However, if indeed the parcel has been mailed out to the wrong address, we're sorry to say that we can't retrieve it back and the courier company cannot perform a redelivery. It must be sent to the address written on the consignment note. We will have to wait for the parcel to be returned to us and we will send it out to you again after you've made payment for the postage fees :) Do email us if you encounter this problem.
Of course you can! There will be an 8% restocking fee and shoppers will have to mail it back to us at their own expense :) We want to make sure that all our pieces find its perfect match, including the piece you return or exchange so clothes must be in its original condition as mailed, with the Whitesoot tag intact and free of odour (just place them in a plastic bag to avoid the clothes absorbing any odours). We really appreciate the care you take with Whitesoot pieces. However do note that sale items and accessories are non-returnable.
We sincerely apologize if we sent you a defective piece. We inspect each piece of clothing before mailing them out, but it is possible that we may have missed something on the rare occasion. Send the defective piece back to us at no cost at all (within 7 days), and we will reimburse the return postage fees with a gift card. Do ensure the defective item is in its' original condition as mentioned in the above Return FAQ. Drop us an email at email@example.com and we'll be happy to help you out :)
