The following information is provided by Whitesoot to enable our visitors have an enjoyable shopping experience with us while being fully informed of our Terms & Conditions. These terms of use govern your use of our website. By using our website, you accept these terms of use in full.

Ordering

Whitesoot is unable to neither amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed or paid. Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour and address have been lodged prior to making payment. 

Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, there may be occasions where errors arise regarding specifications and pricing. Should such situation occur, Whitesoot cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

 

Returns and exchanges

Whitesoot's returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible.  

If when you receive your item(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the items(s). Item(s) must be in original condition (tag intact, unwashed, unworn and unaltered), and placed in a plastic bag to avoid item absorbing any odours.

All postage cost will be borne by you. Kindly mail the item back to us via an express courier and retain the receipt/tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel. Whitesoot will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. 

Sale item(s), marked down item(s) and accessories cannot be returned.

All returns will be refunded in Whitesoot gift cards only and there is no expiry date for it.

Please note that there may be a 0 - 2.5 cm difference in given measurements. Item(s) that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect.

Also, there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to computer screen settings and studio lighting. Whitesoot portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.

Whitesoot is not liable for Whitesoot item(s) purchased from a third party merchant.

All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.

Whitesoot reserves the right to decline returns of articles that do not meet all conditions.

 

Incorrect/Damaged Item(s)

We try our best to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition, by inspecting each piece before mailing.  If we do miss a damage or fault, please contact us at hello@whitesoot.com immediately.

This will be given special priority and you can expect us to attend to your issue within 24 hours.

• An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you are/is incorrect or damaged. There are strictly no cash refund or colour changes.
• If item is out of stock, Whitesoot will proceed to issue the incorrect/damaged item(s) value in gift cards only.
• Shipping or delivery charges for mailing item(s) back to us will be reimbursed in terms of store credits.
• All exchanges/returns will be processed and dealt with by Whitesoot via email only.
• Whitesootwill not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accept any request for exchange.

 

Delivery service

We aim to make the delivery process as simple and efficient as possible. All orders will be fulfilled within 5 working days and delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of any unexpected delays. 

In case of bank holidays and over the peak festive periods, please allow an extra three working days.

All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made by Whitesoot. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. Whitesoot shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised person. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to you if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

Any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer will not be the responsibility of Whitesoot and there will be no refunds.
